Q: How soon before the seminar starts can I register?
A: You can register by using our website (www.compliancefeed.com) up until the day before your seminar begins. We also accept walk-in registrations, but we strongly recommend advance reservations to ensure that we can accommodate you.
 

Q: How do I register more than one person?
A: The easiest way to register multiple people is to call (800) 674-9261 or email us at contactus@compliancefeed.com .In case of a group registration, you will be able to avail special discounts.(talk to us!)

Q: How will I know when my registration is confirmed?
A: If you register using our web link, you will have the opportunity to print a confirmation sheet at the end of the registration process. You will also receive an electronic confirmation and invoice via email. 

If you register via phone or e-mail you will receive an electronic confirmation via email.

Q: What if I register for a seminar, but then can’t attend?
A: You may transfer to a future session, send someone to take your place or cancel without penalty at any time up to three week prior to your seminar. (https://www.compliancefeed.com/shipping-returns)  If you inform absence by less than three weeks’ notice, or fail to attend, you will be liable for the entire seminar fee. We appreciate that this is an important investment for you and your company and would like to accommodate your needs the best we can. Therefore, please call us at (800) 674-9261.

Q: How do I pay for a seminar?
A: For your convenience, we will prefer for you to pay online via credit card which is available through the web link.

Q: What time does my seminar begin and end?

Q: Can ComplianceFeed help me make hotel reservations?
A: Yes, we do provide hotel reservations based on prior requested sent via email. contactus@compliancefeed.com .

Q: How can I find the exact location of my seminar?
A: Once you register, you will receive a registration confirmation in the email that will contain the seminar location. Exact details will be shared three week prior to the seminar.

Q: What restaurants, cafés and ATMs are near my seminar location?
A: You’ll find this information and other helpful tips in the welcome kit you’ll receive when you arrive at your seminar or you may also check our website.

Q: Do you offer food?
A: Yes, we offer food during the seminar.

Q: Do you provide parking?
A:  We can arrange for parking based on request.

Q: Will I receive any materials at the seminar?
A: Yes! You’ll receive a seminar kit that outlines course description and includes supplemental handouts and goodies.

Q: Will I receive a certification from SHRM and ComplianceFeed?
A: Yes, ComplianceFeed seminars qualify for SHRM Certification, as well as a Certificate of completion duly signed by the CEO, L&PLLC.
